I've spent the last two decades exploring how plants adapt to their environments—from arctic moss meadows to subtropical wetlands. My background is in environmental science, but I'm self-taught in plant ecology through field work, reading, and hands-on experimentation. I run a small native plant propagation project in my backyard, keep detailed phenology notes, and love connecting people with the science of where and why plants grow.
